Individuals and small teams

Apply on your own or with a team of up to three members.

Local and international participation

The PRD supports applicants from Bangladesh and international applicants. Specific age, professional and nationality eligibility rules remain to be confirmed.

Participant category at launch

Only Participant self-registration is planned for launch. Other categories are invitation-only, organiser-managed or closed.

What to have ready

Full name, email, international mobile number, institution, designation, location, identification details and a short concept.

Applicants under 18

Minimum age and guardian-consent requirements have not been confirmed. Live registration remains gated until the policy is settled.
